For decades, owners of distressed assets have depended on our expertise, and Related has advised on, acquired and repositioned many developments throughout the nation.

With vast experience in navigating changing business cycles, reviewing and evaluating real estate investments, turning around projects, effectively negotiating buyouts of liens, and repositioning, remarketing and redesigning residential and commercial properties to maximize sales and leasing efforts, Related offers these services on a select basis to third party clients.

Related served as the development manager for Deutsche Bank on the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where our development expertise enabled us to assess the project while continuing to manage ongoing vertical construction. Related restructured the development team, established a project budget, managed the redesign of the interiors, reconfigured the project uses to maximize revenue potential and assisted in the programming and leasing of the food and beverage and retail spaces. We delivered the 6.5 million square foot mixed-use development on time and under budget.

Most recently, we served as the fee developer on the 888,000 square foot W South Beach Hotel & Residences in South Beach, Florida and Onex Real Estate Partners selected Related to oversee completion of construction and to market, manage and lead residential sales and retail leasing at Sky View Parc, a 14 acre, 3.3 million square foot mixed-use development in Flushing, Queens, New York. In Anaheim, California, Citibank and Emigrant Bank chose Related to manage, market and reposition Anaheim Garden Walk, a 450,000 square foot retail center.
